Peter Pan Collar African Print Dress

Disappointed with Peter Pan dress as my large was unusually small in the shoulder, neck area and return/exchange very poor

Peter Pan collar has beautiful material and style but the fit around the neck and shoulder area is unusually tight for a large size I ordered. I am 5’6 160 lb woman with 38 DD figure and prefer large fit on things, but often wear a medium in dresses with no buttons. I couldn’t find how to make a return or contact anyone. even though I pursued within the time.
