I am very happy with the pack and its size. It fits the items I need to carry and is comfortable while I am skiing. I was able to use my bladder from my smaller Osprey pack.

Great Bag - A Few Annoying Issues
Overall this is a great bag. I was looking for a bag that I could use for some light resort touring, was not too big for a resort day and could help me carry my kids skis. This checks all those boxes really well. I have two gripes with this bag. The first and most significant is the hydration hose routing. The entry point from the shoulder strap to the body of the bag is so miniscule that I nearly sent the bag back because I thought it was sewn over. When I did find the opening, I ended up having to pop some of the seams just to get the end of the hose to fit through. It is incredibly frustrating to take the hose in and out of this bag. The opening should be twice as large as it actually is. It is so frustrating that I considered just giving up on the bag all together. The second issue is that the buckles that hold the skis for the a-frame hold position loosen with the slightest amount of pressure against them. When I put my kids skis on the sides of the bag and pick the bag up, the top straps immediately loosen all the way up because the buckles don't hold well. Pretty annoying but not the end of the world. Also worth noting, I purchased this bag and the Poacher 22 to see which fit my needs best. The Poacher feature set is amazing and it is a great bag, but it ended up being a little too much bag for my needs, it was taller, heavier and the waist strap was bulkier. The Heli Pro is much better as an a tour/resort bag in my opinion.

Sleek Warrior
Great pack. I had the previous version as well. This one has improved features like the ability to carry a helmet, stash pockets for probe and shovel, and a separated storage compartment. Cinches down well. I hardly notice it’s there.
