I received a hat and it was damaged as well as the box, they replaced the hat and sent me a hat of my choosing as well. I was shocked that they even offered any of it. I will definitely be buying from them again!

I got this hat for my husband for his birthday and he absolutely loves it! He took pictures and sent them to his friends and family as soon as he opened it. It's very well made and we love the embroidery on both the top of the hat and under the bill. I foresee us buying more already.
