It might take a little for customer service to reply but they will and they will handle whatever your needs are. I have to say I absolutely LOVE my bed and I highly recommend the adjustable frame. It’s been life changing. The mattress is perfect for me. I don’t have the pillow top because I don’t like them. Highly recommend

Great Adjustable Bed
I really like the Birch adjustable bed, super easy to set up, great features and works great with my Birch Natural Mattress.
