Love the product, but issues with the seller. Per their shipping policy, things go out within two day of receipt of payment. This was my second order from them, trying to give some grace. The first order went out after a week, and me emailing to find out the status. This order wasn’t shipped for almost 3 weeks, and only after I emailed asking for a refund did it finally start being processed. Love the product but won’t order from them again.
