5 star experience from the minute we walked into the showroom/space at Aljunied. - while small, it had good enough samples for us to have a good feel of the diff types available, and the staff on duty that day was really knowledgeable in sharing the characteristics/qualities of the different materials etc., - follow up via WhatsApp was fluid and smooth. - though the exact specifications we wanted wasn’t in stock, the team endeavoured to process our purchase order asap and offered arrangements that we could consider to have the rug delivered within the timeline we had in mind. Most grateful for that! Absolutely no regrets with the Alchemy Cloud rug we purchased. The rug feels so smooth and divine; and looks amazing in our space. Love how the colour slightly “changes” under the different lighting and/or from different angles.
