Pecorino di Pienza

Quite possibly my favorite Italian cheese!

I first had Pecorino Di Pienza 25 years ago on my honeymoon. My wife and I liked it so much we couldn’t get enough of it. Unfortunately, very few vendors in the United States carry it. So glad that Dolceterra has it, and now you can buy it by the full wheel or a half wheel. Just an amazing cheese!

Purchased this as a gift to commemorate our trip to Pienza a year ago. The flavor was just as we remembered and brought back happy memories of touring Tuscany.

One of the best cheeses you will ever have

This is melt in your mouth creamy. It’s smooth, yet substantial; aromatic and subtle; one of the best you will find. We purchased it because of how much we loved our visit to Pienza, and this cheese transports us back there with every bite!
