I'm giving you 5 stars for the promptness of my order. I thought the golf tool would be wrapped in a nicer box than the one it came in. Towel (blue) personalization (white) came out good. Glad I got these items on sale, otherwise too pricey and not worth it. With the prices you charge for these items; yes there should be free personalization. Shipping charges could be better.
