So far my experience has been mediocre. After placing my order I received a confirmation email and one of the items was the incorrect color. I immediately emailed and set up a chat to get this fixed before the item was shipped. I received confirmation via chat and via email that my order was corrected. The new email showed the correct colors for the two items I ordered. When I received the delivery the second item I ordered was the wrong color. I emailed again and received a timely response with instructions for return. I appreciate the quick response of customer service and pleasant representatives I worked with. However I have received an email that my return was received a few days ago, but have yet to receive a refund, which I am waiting for to submit a replacement order. So overall the customer service is good, but I cannot help but be disappointed with the 2 errors and the delay of my refund as I am anxious to place the new order and receive the vmat I am looking forward to. I cannot say for sure yet if I would recommend Vmat, as I'll have to see how the next order goes.
