Pros: watch is as it is advertised, great! Suggestion: Engraving is dull, can help if polished to shine like other lettering at the back of the watch. Cons: serious consideration is needed to improve overall efficiency in shipping, quality control and refunds. My order was not shipped until after 2 weeks. Watch battery was flat on arrival and the watch was dead. Eventually they addressed by appropriate refunds but this required several reminders and back and forth emails. This left me with angst and an unpleasant feeling.

Very good watch, 38mm is the perfect size for me (tall, male): looks elegant, easy to see the time but not clunky and low enough profile to not snag shirts, etc. Initially thought lack of hour numbers on the dial might be an issue for telling the time quickly, but in about 5 or so days I just got used to reading it at a glance and now it feels pretty natural. Not to mention, of course, the fantastiic design. Instant classic, highly recommend!

Still waiting for return authorization for these two watches

Been trying to get permission sent to return these two watches. They are not at all what I expected. The idea is great but I find the execution lacking. Please refund my money and please take these watches back. I cannot use them. Thank you.
