Super Fine Cashmere Tank Dress

Sizing is way off. I’m usually a a xs/s in tops and a medium in pants and according to the size chart, I should have ordered a medium to accommodate my hips. I saw the reviews and decided to size down to a small but the dress is still too big for me, I could easily gone with an xs
