Airmega 400

The HDi65s I received was damaged in shipping. I contacted them and got a rspid response but nothing in 4 days, not returning emails and not calling me, i left my number in yhe email. The unit works find excrot gif the WiFi module. The box took a bad hit tgst ripped through tge box from the rear and the face has rips and tears. Tge pre installed filter was damaged with a karge imprint from something heavy sitting on it, which means the bix was laying on its face where the protruding array of dcrews are which in turn probably damaged the daughter board attached to the front panel. I opened it and lightly pushed the ribbon cable but it did not help. A new unit would be frest but I can’t go without it here in Gatlinburg for a week or two, humidity will be 70-80% inside

Works great

We just received this but so far so good we really like it. I’m just worried later on that. I’ve seen your reviews about just getting in through the seal of the filters and going up and going back out so I’m just hoping that doesn’t happen but other than that, I love it.
