This is a really good book that runs through the pros and cons of buying versus renting. I already own a home but wish I had read this book before I bought in a very high cost of living city (SF Bay Area). I would have run the numbers and probably made a different decision on what we ended up buying. Thanks for writing this, Scott and Mindy!

Great book to read and gives me a foundation of moving out and how to prepare for the house purchase reserve.

Helpful even for agents!

I haven't finished the book yet, but after reading just a few chapters I have found this book to be full of helpful information, of which I have even benefited from as a real estate agent!
