Great product, but frustrated with choice of couriers
We love Voodoo and have been shopping there since they were located in Sydenham. Fantastic range of single origin beans at a very good price point. Unfortunately, however, we have been having difficulties with the courriers they use (TNT/UPS). On both of our most recent orders, they did not attempt delivery even though someone was working from home at the time. As a result, we had to pick up our order from a news agency on the other side of town, and due to WFH commitments, this was not possible for several days after the pretend delivery attempt. At this stage, we think it would be better to order from someone else who can deliver more reliably.
