Was reluctant to order from this company as I had seen some bad reviews, however thought I would give them the B.O.T.D and I'm very happy to say my faith was rewarded. ordered the Sparrows competitor set at 11.30 am and was holding said set by lunchtime the following day. the £4 charge for 1 day delivery is very reasonable. I had recently ordered something else on fast track delivery (not from this site) and was charged double that. As for the set, the case is good quality, and the stand up function is very convenient. the picks are good quality and the set contains a good range. I would say they need a little love and attention, the edges are a little sharp so a quick rub with some fine grit paper was in order. also the plastic coating on the handles does come a little way too far up the shaft for my liking, however that was easily sorted with a Stanley knife blade. the metal used is of very good quality and I think if you look after them well then they will last a long time. a very good range of tension wrenches are included, not a lot to say about them, metal is good, they seem robust enough.. All in all, I was pleased with the service received by the company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.....
