Wish I could have given no stars. Used this brand before and had no issue albeit for a phone and not a watch. The Watch skin was awful didn’t fit correctly and affected the mechanics of the crown. Also felt and looked a bit like cardboard (I ordered the concrete skin). Took it off after a day as it just made Watch look awful! Did reach out to support but never heard anything back from them. Disappointing as I said I’ve used this brand many times and never had issues.
