Handlebar Bag also can connect to a water bottle cage
This bike accessory is excellent. My husband wears a SPF cover up for road bike riding that has NO pockets. He wanted something he could put on his Trek Domane Road Bike to hold his cell phone and snacks. This is perfect and easily and securely attaches to his second water bottle cage. His is thrilled!!

Good enough
This bag is useful generally, but in the case of the Radwagon 4 it sits awkwardly askew because the screen is in the way. Also, it fits a 12 oz can snuggly but also is deep such that the can sinks in and is not easy to pick back out

I previously had a water bottle holder on the bike frame, however for my model this option limited my access getting on and off of the bike, and was more in the way. This option attached to handle bar is easier access and does not take up any prime leg space.
