They definitely help a lot, size runs a wee bit larger , I'm a 34 pants and got the XL because large wasn't in stock where I ordered, definitely bigger than I need, but they do. Not super noticable while you ride , no good crashes yet to say, but I think they will help

Awesome and unique product
Its not easy to get cocyx protection in riding pants. Most of them dont even have an option to insert armor. Love this!
