This was the absolute BEST customer service i have ever had. The tie was sold on everywhere so i went out on a limb and dm’d them on instagram, and an employee went to their warehouse and found one last one, sent me a link to buy it, and shipped it out that same day. It was for my senior prom, and im so extremely grateful for this team and company!
