Customer Service

I needed a threaded stainless steel cover or decorative nut for a electronic sensor. Having no luck finding either for an18 mm threaded sensor I called EXTSW to see if by chance they carried a threaded stainless steel washer. But they did have a polished ,beveled washer the perfect diameter and thickness. The part exceeded my expectations. After a quick trip to a nearby machine shop I had the perfect solution to my problem. Tom could not have been more helpful. Great service is so rare these days. Definitely a go to company if you are as tired of Box Store service and need to talk to a knowledgeable human.
