Missing items / damaged face shield

I would not recommend Gastown Supply based on my experience. I ordered three items, but only received two. When I contacted customer service, they insisted they had shipped all three, despite the fact that I never received the third item. There was no effort made to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, I also ordered a gold mirror helmet shield that arrived with a flaw. Customer service told me that because I had removed the protective film, I could have caused the damage. However, they had asked me to send photos of the defect—how was I supposed to show the flaw without removing the protective film first? Their reasoning made no sense. Instead of standing behind their products or helping resolve the issues, they dismissed my concerns and blamed me. Overall, the customer service was disappointing, and I won't be purchasing from Gastown Supply again.

Shipping was great ! Helmet fits awesome and new shield fits great only drawback was all the sales came out after buying this set up.
