Don't waste your money on this item very problematic. Definitely not worth the money

Product is great 👍 but lack of communication with the supplier is worse than terrible. I have never experienced a purchase quite like this before and I can say I would not buy from them again.

Cheap design! Set screws on bottom extension come loose! The handle to point the transducer has already broke loose and just falls off and doesn’t grip to turn the pole. I thought for $400+ I’d get a quality piece of equipment but that certainly isn’t the case here! If I hadn’t already drilled holes in my fiberglass boat to mount all of it I’d send this junk back for a refund, but now I’ll just have to fix what I have and make it work! Very unsatisfied with this product!!!!
