Trade Shows Booth Packages

Still have not received the backdrop and our tradeshow is now done and past

Only part of our order arrived. The part that did arrive was late and we had to express ship. Disappointed that this is called Backdropsource Canada, and is not made in Canada. Asking for a refund. Getting the runaround

Product was ok...

The product we received was ok. Customer service lacks in most areas. Was told product was shipping from Toronto ON as they have a warehouse there, I asked more then once and was assured that is where our order would be shipped from which was Ideal because we are on Ontario, after paying for express shipping because we needed it quicker then then could provide, we ended up picking the product up ourselves, due to the fact it was shipped from the states and we had to pay an import fee. None of which was mentioned at all. To be fair, when I checked my work phone there was a text message that came in on Sunday saying our package was on hold, not from backdrop source but from DHL. Extremely Irritated to say the least,
