Toronto Blue Jays '77 Hoodie

Received damaged item. Poor customer support.

I purchased this online and live in Canada. I drove across the border to pick it up. Upon returning home and opening the package, I discovered the sweatshirt had been damaged due to a manufacturing error. I took photos and contacted customer service. They offered me store credit, but since the company doesn’t ship to Canada and I had already driven across the border to get the item, I declined that option. I requested a refund, but only received 20%. They even admitted it should have been caught by quality control in our email thread. They say they stand by their products but don’t. I’m quite frustrated with the customer service. I won’t be ordering from this store again.
