Exactly what we wanted

We were concerned about buying on line but should not have been. The chairs and table arrived quickly and the colors are vibrant. Instructions were easy and the harware looks like stainless steel. Be aware that this type of furniture is a bit heavy but thats the nature of the material. All in all we are very satisfied with this purchase. Hopefully it holds up to the elements well

Incredible quality and customer service

We purchased the Adirondack Tete-a-Tete Balcony Set from Rocking Furniture and are blown away with the quality of the Lux Craft piece we purchased. We just placed a second order for more outdoor furniture and the customer service is truly world class. I would highly recommend Rocking Furniture and the Lux Craft outdoor furniture.

Love my balcony set! The best part was the customer service I unexpected, especially in a time where CS has been lost. I order another set of chairs in the same color and Jeffery took the time to call and inform me they are from different companies, which I had not realized, and they may be off slightly in color. No one would have done that in my long life in fear of missing out on a sale. When I did receive the other set, which I also love, there was a few bolts missing and I emailed him and received them within a few days. Again, my experience is once the sale is over you are ignored. Thanks for a wonderful purchasing experience.
