The customer support for this was awful. I confirmed prior to my order the date I needed it to arrive (giving myself 2 weeks wiggle room) - a service they offer on their website - and this was not met. No one responded to my emails querying this and it was eventually dispatched a week after I requested it to arrive.
The info on the site was not clear either in stating they come unpacked, so you have to do that yourself - as well as stick the personalised stickers on yourself as well. You're barely given enough confetti to fill the poppers, and to top it off, you have to warn guests before using as the plastic also flies out of the popper - would not recommend the product or company.
