1" Tungsten Carbide Tipped Hole Cutter

TCT Hole Cutter -- Excellent Product

I now have this product in 1.25", 1" and 0.75" diameters. They cut and run true when used in a drill press. The finished hole has very little flash or burrs and is only slightly oversize. I think that the only way to get a better hole in sheet and plate would be to use an end mill in a milling machine. (Which I hope to have someday.) I am quite pleased with this product. I use this product primarily in aluminum at the moment. I will probably try it in stainless steel, magnesium and titanium.

Just like so much of their other products this has been great, I wish they would make a kit of a few sizes. Definitely ordering more soon
