Built like a tank!
Very solid construction, makes the exercise feel safer than with a regular bench. If you're serious about glute gains and have the space, this is well worth the investment. This unit is very heavy, and the Rogue-like quality of the steel and padding has convinced me to get a Verve power rack when I'm ready to upgrade.
