Best mixing protein ive used, flavor is 10/10 and i mix with water really great for getting in that protien and keeping my calories in a deficit when needed, i use 2 scoops in the morning for breakfast instead of eating breakfast and i went from a 36 to a 32 in almost 3 months, of course thats also eating semi healthy and working out 3x a week. Great product. 👍🏻

Can’t speak to the potency or effectiveness as it is early days, however the heavily artificial taste (doesn’t taste like any fruity cereal I know) combined with bitter/sweet sucralose aftertaste is offputting and makes this another one of the “just chug it, bro” shake options.

This product is amazing it tastes just like the cereal. Would order it again in the future.
