Have been a useer of alpha lion products for a couple years now and have not ever been disappointed with any i tried,the flavors are spot on and the protein powder is smooth and not chalky like others i tried ,you wont be disappointed

Smells like puke and tastes like it as well. I would not recommend to anyone. Everytime the smell enters my airways im 9 times out of 10 gagging.

Best mixing protein ive used, flavor is 10/10 and i mix with water really great for getting in that protien and keeping my calories in a deficit when needed, i use 2 scoops in the morning for breakfast instead of eating breakfast and i went from a 36 to a 32 in almost 3 months, of course thats also eating semi healthy and working out 3x a week. Great product. 👍🏻
