Beautiful jewelry, slow exchange process

I received this gorgeous ring on January 17th & it was too large. I immediately repackaged & contacted customer support which is required before exchange. I received a response a few days later. I shipped it back on the 20th, it arrived on the 23rd. I notified customer service and received a response on the 25th saying to allow 5 to 10 business days for the return to be looked over before I'd receive the smaller size. I've yet to receive notification of the new shipping. I'd love to have worn this ring more than a few minutes and hopefully I will soon. The emails were polite and I understand it is a small business. However it has been a lengthy process for the exchange.
