I tried to get ahold of juve because I. Inadvertently ordered 2 juve juicers and needed to return one. Never returned on authorization, allowing me to return the juve. I purchased them June 20th and I sent an email on June. No, July, the 16th, still no answer. Resend an email like on the twenty second , still no answer
