I am sure the research is exciting and deeply credible, that is why I bought it. So far, my problem is organizing my time to expose my eyes for an hour a night. So many things get in the way of carving out the time. But I really intend to use it.

I can't prove it's helping my sleep because my sleep is normally ok but I trust the science and these bulbs seem to help me relax more at night before bed.
