Pros; One of the few sellers of well prepared 100% cotton rags. Good thickness, well cut material in excellent new condition. Cons; I wish it weren't so hard to find you. also would like to have the option to purchase a more heavy wight t-shirt material as well as the medium weight ones i got which i do like... Thanks again for a great product which i will definitely buy again

Rags work okay, wrong size.

I ordered 16 X 16 Rags got a bundle of 16 X 32. They said in description they were die cut, but mine sure wasn't. Had to use my paper cutter to cut them in half. Other than that they seem to be okay rags. They are clean but not sure about premium. Shipping was fast and price is about what other companies are charging.Probably will order again and hopefully they will be the correct size.

I can't express how happy we've been with Nate's service and the products we've received from Now Linens. Nate responded within 30 minutes of receiving my email request, his customer service and follow up were above and beyond expectations. In addition, after inquiring about a product that might help our production, Nate explained that it was not available but he would find out if there were other options and let me know. Within a few days, he found what I was looking for and sent me a sample. I look forward to working with Now Linens and Nate's professional customer service. Just for the record, I live in Northern California and have never been to the Chicago area or met Nate.
