Cork Massage Balls

I like these. I've had mine for a while. I just bought some more for my mum who borrowed mine while visiting. She uses them for her hand physio exercises. She used to use a tennis ball but after getting used to the cork ones she much preferred these. I use them mainly to massage out my hip and glute muscles and they make such a difference.
