I love the idea of the cork mat, and the sustainable materials that have created this mat. Unfortunately I find it incredibly slippery. I nearly slid completely onto my belly when I did my first Adho Mukha Savanasana. I gave it a gentle wipe with clean water, but it is still very slippery to use. I mainly use it now for my Breath Work/Pranayama practice.
