Great product AND customer service
The paddle is excellent. I also ordered the cleaner kit to go with it and it was not shipped (though it was on the pick ticket). I contacted customer service at Killerspin and they took care of it immediately. I received the the cleaner kit within days. Nice to find a company with excellent customer service.

Two more!
I bought one of these, and on the first day I played with it I accidentally ran into a wall and broke the paddle! But in my brief exposure to it I could tell it improved my spins dramatically from the economy paddles I’d used all my life. So I ordered two more! They are nothing short of AMAZING! Can’t recommend Killerspin too highly. Watch out, Adam Bobrow…

Just used my Killerspin for the first time today. It broke!! But it was my fault, not the paddle’s. But while it worked it was amazing!! I am ordering two more today (in case I run into a wall during a game again…)
Thanks for making such a great product. After using nothing but cheap bottom of the market paddles my whole life, this is eye opening.
