These tall socks are quite nice. The texture and fabric are lovely. Without being at all tight, they do stay up fully high all day. I did have a problem for a time in getting them as they were plainly labeled as wool and nylon whereas I had ordered cotton specifically. I got two batches that way, one as a replacement. However, customer service was very diligent in sorting out the dilemma: that the maker had simply mislabeled them! So mystery solved and I am enjoying the socks. I may get more in other colors.
