Never arrived and I had to dispute before I was refunded

I love Rafaella pants for women. I have purchased them online for the first time and was hesitant. But, they arrived promptly and when I tried them on they were a perfect fit!! So pleased and I will continue to place orders of other Rafaella products in future

Like someone else wrote, the material was definitely on the thinner side. I liked how the bottom has that tiny flair in the photo and it looked just like that when I first received it. After one wash, however, it seemed to have lost all structure. Slightly disappointing but still acceptable for the price (got it on sale)
