Poor delivery service

I never received my order. Simplehuman efficiently sent it out a day after my order. FedEx was meant to deliver it. Three times they claimed to have attempted delivery and met my absence which was totally untrue because I was home waiting for the package. I think Simplehuman should consider using a more reliable courier service.

A good product

I ordered these replacement bags and they were delivered within a couple of days. I like the way they stow at the back of the bin and that they have a tie closure - very handy .
