Evenheat Kiln - RM ll 2322

I have been using Evenheat kilns in my studio and previously at a local arts center since the 90s. My old Evenheat had a kiln sitter that I upgraded to a 3-key Barlett controller - it seems like forever ago. Still going strong and just sold it to another potter. Love the 2322 for the ease of loading and the added features of the newer controller. Since I was accustomed to the older Bartlet 3-key, the ICON met my needs perfectly and it has a LOT more features than my old controller. Having maintained and repaired kilns (not just my own) I really appreciate that the relay is so nicely situated. Added features and diagnositics are great. Being able to access data from last firing - golden. Since I have several other kilns (gas conversion, raku kilns) I appreciate staying with a smaller loading space so it doesn't take forever to accumulate enough ware to move through the processes of various firings. The handle on the lid is awesome - much more substantial than the standard handle on the older Evenheat. Everything about this kiln is perfect for my purposes.
