Grey Sole Fillet

The dish of the week took only 15minutes . Boiled cauliflower instead of potato’s, mashed, Sole dried and dipped in a dash of flour( to keep it together, heat a pan with little oil and place fish in pan , add dill , some butter and a little cream( or buy coleslaw , only cook fish in pan for 3 mins either side . Delicate and delicious . Xx
