They work!

Just received my second pair of VersaLifts (lost the first pair). These lifts make all the difference when doing squats. Going a month without them, I could feel a difference and see a difference (my quads were not as pumped and my balance was off). The first leg session with the replacement Lifts, my quads were back! They were more pumped, my balance was solid and my legs certainly had a better workout. Thank you VersaLift your product really does make a difference.

I love them but I got the wrong size

I highly recommend these to everyone! As my ankle mobility has improved, I have been using my squat shoes less. For 1, they were wearing out and the cost to replace have doubled. And I’m not an online (clothing, shoes) shopper. My regret is not getting the medium size insert (my shoes are 8). I went with the suggested small and they move around a bit, something I’ll get used to. I read another review that suggested a model with a higher heel and I think that would be great.
