Ordering experience was fine. Return was fine, as well.
I have a 46 belt that I buckle in the last (tightest) hole and it’s loose. I ordered a 42 to replace it originally, but I couldn’t buckle that one at all (too tight). Returned for a 44 and I’m buckling in 2nd hole (a little tighter than I expected, but it works).
Products and customer service are great.

I got the gunner stitch in black. This one I use for my riding belt. Goes great with all my leather riding equipment. I use their leather cleaners, restores and conditioners on all my leathers. Great products
