Smells gross but it’s super hydrating. It being a dermal-layer-reaching, albeit slow-absorbing oil, it’s been a perfect addition to my first-step face oil for my Sahara-dry skin.

The customer service of this company is truly inefficient. The moment I made the purchase I immediately sent them an email to cancel the order or, if possible, to change the delivery address. Not even a minute had passed since the purchase when i wrote the email. they replied saying they wouldn't cancel the order, nor could they change the address. They told me to contact USPS, which I did, in order to have the package sent to my new address. I spent 1 hour on the phone, but they couldn't solve the issue because the package wasn't in their system, Cliganic didn't provided me any tracking number. Then, days later, when finally got a Tracking N, it turned out they had shipped not through the USPS but through DHL. In the end, I never received my purchase, it got lost, and they still didn't cancel my order.

My new favorite oil
