These are perfect for olympic weightlifting. Normal wrist wraps usually limit the movement of the wrist too much and can lead to elbow pain. These let the wrist move enough to not cause undue stress for elbows, but stop the extreme positions of wrists so they don’t hurt either. They also look cool and can be worn throughout the whole training session. Excellent product!
