After ordering my this wedding band as an anniversary gift (that should already tell you how big of a procrastinator I am), I realized I ordered it WAY too close to my anniversary date, which also happens to be around Christmas. So I imagined they were already pretty busy making other pieces for other people that didn't wait until the last minute. However, after contacting them and explaining the situation, they not only made sure to get the piece done in time, but they also called me to double check where they needed to ship it as my wife and I were going on vacation for our anniversary. Super super friendly, and the piece is beautiful. She loved it. Thank you so much!
