Long Barn Windmill

While I do like the artwork, there were problems along the way. First, I ordered this art the same day that I ordered from another company. The other artwork came within days, without difficulty, and is top-notch. The Fine Art Canvas order, which was placed on May 1, took nearly three weeks to be delivered. It was delivered by Fed-Ex and I was able to track its progress - it appeared that Pony Express was handling the delivery because it did not travel far on any given day. It did finally arrive. The artwork itself is fine. My disappointment is that instead of art that is 20" x 20", it is 16" x 16" with a white border around it. That should have been included in the description - it was not in my plan to have a mat (or mat appearance). When I called to find out if something could be done, the automated system told me no one was available to help, but I could leave a message, which I did. Five days later, I still have not heard back. I will make it work by using a real mat (yet another expense), which I am having made. That is another delay of three weeks. I do not plan to work with Fine Art Canvas in the future.
