The straws are awesome and so nice that they are sustainably made. We had an issue with shipping and contacted Holy City and they sprang into action and resolved that issue (which was not their fault btw) so quickly and just increased my appreciation of the product and company even more. My entire experience was amazing. I got a personalized phone call and got to talk about what I wanted for gifts for friends. They sent me a proof within. 24 hours for me to approve and my product was on its way to me within another 24 hours upon my approval. I will be ordering from them again!
