Well made, very solid sturdy bench. Love that it has wheels to easily move it around.

I tossed up between the wider 14” and the 12” and I’m happy with the narrower one as it feels wide enough to support my shoulder blades without impinging on my arms when doing bench press. Easy to put together with the supplied tool and feels super solid. The padding is thick and supportive and the single leg at one end means your feet can be positioned how you like. Love the handle and wheels which means even my daughter can easily move this in and out of the zen power rack as needed. Also great for doing dips and hip thrusters on.
