Broken Rod Replaced

I broke the tip of the rod fighting a fish. They replaced it fairly quick. When it arrived (It was lost at the post office for 2 months) the replacement was broke by the post office. Once I reported this they responded quickly and had a new rod in a few days.

Gold series rods

I have three Googan rods, all being the Gold Series. While I also have rods from other manufacturers that are much more expensive, these Googan rods are by far the lightest rods I’ve ever owned. Super sensitive, as well. I highly recommend them!
